- It is strongly advisable to book tickets online before you visit. Tickets are valid for the time slot and date stated and are not transferable or permitted for resale.
- Visitors must arrive within the time slot stated on the ticket booking. Lichfield Maize Maze reserve the right to decline entry if visitors arrive outside of their allocated time slot.
- A limited number of tickets may be available to buy on the day at the entrance, but we cannot guarantee this, and strongly advise purchasing tickets in advance.
- Time slots for entry to the maize are at 30 minute intervals. We request that visitors observe stated time limits on busy days to enable all our guests to enjoy our attraction. Any request to extend a time slot will be at our discretion and dependent upon anticipated visitor numbers for the relevant day.
- Our attraction will remain open in all weather unless we assess the site and chose to close on safety grounds. Lichfield Maize Maze reserve the right to close for a short period of time during very hot or wet weather to comply with health & safety requirements.Â
- If we do close, and you hold a booking, then in the first instance we will endeavour to book you into an alternative slot. Refunds will only be made on advance tickets if we are unable to re-schedule your visit within a reasonable time frame.
- Any closure by us will be effective by a notice on our website so please make sure you check our home page.
- All under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult and be supervised at all times. Â Adults are responsible for the supervision of all persons under the age of 16 who enter our maize. For the benefit of all our guests, we reserve the right to request guests to leave our attraction who, in our opinion, are not appropriately supervising members of their party.
- Visitors are not permitted to bring alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes or BBQs onto the site. For the benefit of all our guests, and safety of our site, we reserve the right to request guests to leave our attraction if we consider there to be a risk to health and safety.
- Please respect our staff and other visitors; intimidating or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will be grounds for us to terminate your visit and request you to leave.
- Lichfield Maize Maze has extensive free parking on a large grass area adjacent to the entrance of the maze.Â
- Lichfield Maize Maze excludes all responsibility and liability for damage to vehicles, clothing or other property during your visit. Vehicles may be parked at our site but are left at the owner’s risk. We exclude our liability to you for death or personal injury whilst visiting our attraction unless this is caused by our negligence.
- We are only able to allow assistance dogs that have been trained or are being trained by a charity that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK, this is because they have been trained to perform certain tasks for their human partner and will have been thoroughly assessed to ensure they are not a risk to members of the public or other animals on our farm. No other dogs are permitted.
- Lichfield Maize Maze is first and foremost a working farm, so please wear sensible outdoor footwear and remember that all of our attraction is outside. Please dress accordingly.
- We would like you to enjoy and cut our sunflowers as part of your visit and to enjoy after you leave. We do request that visitors take only such quantity of flowers for domestic and personal use.  You are welcome to use cutting tools we have on site but these are at your own risk. Children must not use cutting tools (whether ours or yours) on our site to cut sunflowers.
- The purchase and use of tickets will constitute acceptance of these conditions by purchaser and/or ticket-holder(s)
- Lichfield Maize Maze reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be uploaded to our website and will apply to existing bookings at the time of publication.
